There must be some kind of way out of here.

The iPhone is officially out. Can we move on and talk about something else now?

No? Well, wake me when it can cook me dinner.

What cracks me up about Apple is that they have this reputation for innovation and invention...when all they ever do is take existing products and combine or repackage them.

All the iPhone is, is a PDA mixed with an iPod and a phone.

Of course, most Apple fans would buy a boxed dog-turd if it had an Apple logo on it

What cracks me up is TV shows that review it by showing a cardboard version. On one I saw the newscaster demonstrated how to magnify an image by doing the pinch thing and he actually did it on the cardboard phone. Totally retarded.

But I want one.

Don't get me wrong, I think the iPhone is a sleek and sexy product, it's just not for me and the hype is ridiculous for what the product is (a phone).

But, for the sake of the industry I hope that the iPhone is the quality product that Apple is hyping it as. If it's good, they'll keep improving on it, the price will drop, and competition will increase. These things should all be good for the consumer.

There selling boxed dog-turds now? I gotta get one :P
The iphone is way to much responisbility for me. I'm still getting used to having a camera in my phone ;)

The iphone: ridiculously expensive, can basically hold your entire life in it, from phone numbers to important emails, logins to your bank account, and what not, AND small enough to accidentally be left on top of the ATM.

Yep, not for me.

This will give you a good laugh at the expense of all those who buy into this kind of craze.

Ha! I wasn't even planning on buying an iPhone and knew they were limiting it to 1 or 2 per customer.
